A rare Arizona native, Shar is familiar with the ins and outs of the Valley of the Sun. With a commitment to Relational Real Estate, Shar strives to serve her clients every need before, during, and after the purchase or sale of their home. Shar takes a consultative approach vs. a sales approach. Her goal is to bring all the information together in a clear and concise way which will enable you to make the wisest choice for your family. Many of her clients become good friends.
Shar has been a real estate coach for years. She focuses her mentoring on teaching agents how to build long term relationships with her clients which results in a TON of repeat and referral business.
Shar has been married to her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Matt, for 29 years. Together they have two beautiful daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and they are Lolli and Pops to the newest joys in their life: two beautiful grandsons. Shar is also a real estate coach an active real estate investor with both long and short term properties. Other than her passion for real estate, Shar suffers from a severe case of wanderlust which leads her all over the world. She also enjoys scuba diving, eating Mexican food, and most things Disney.
